At CGIF Integrity and Governance are the cornerstone of how we operate and expect our issuer to operate. We are committed to uphold the highest standards of ethics, transparency and accountability in all our activities and throughout every guarantee we issue. This commitment ensure our operations and those we guarantee contribute positively to the ASEAN+3, free from any form of misconduct.

Core Principles

The principles that underlie our Integrity requirements

The CGIF Integrity Policy addresses potential negative consequences across key areas where CGIF maintains a strict compliance and zero tolerance requirement. We systematically assess Issuers (and projects) against these to prevent unacceptable integrity and governance risks.

Ethical Conduct

Promoting a culture of honesty, integrity and fairness within all CGIF activities, and within our Issuers.

Prevent Unlawful Purposes

Ensuring our guarantees are not used for illegal activities, including money laundering , financing terrorism and fraud/corruption.

Combatting Tax Avoidance

Ensuring our guarantees do not support tax secrecy, evasion or fraud.

Transparency

Promoting a culture of transparency within CGIF and our Issuers, including whistleblower and misconduct mechanisms

Governance and Integrity Framework

Our Integrity commitment is underpinned by a strong governance framework that is designed around accountability, oversight, and adherence to policies and procedures. CGIF have zero tolerance for corruption, tax avoidance and unlawful activities. This framework defines the roles responsibilities, and reporting lines to create a robust system that champions ethical conduct from the top to the bottom of the organization.
