About the Triasmitra issuances

Credit Guarantee and the Investment Facility, a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (“CGIF”) is pleased to announce that it guaranteed IDR583 billion 3-year and 5-year fixed-rate senior unsecured bond issuances by PT Ketrosden Triasmitra (“Triasmitra”). The bonds were successfully issued on 8 January 2021 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 11 January 2021.

This transaction marks the first CGIF-guaranteed IDR bonds offered through public offering in Indonesia, setting the benchmark for future Indonesian companies looking to tap Indonesian public bonds market with a CGIF guarantee. The bond offering is Triasmitra’s first foray into the debt market, successfully introducing Triasmitra’s credit into broader investor group and further diversifying its funding sources.
